At Mica Sport Canada, we are committed to providing high-quality sporting goods and equipment. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below for all necessary details.
- Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be unused, unassembled, and undamaged, with original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Certain products are non-returnable, including personalized items, opened safety equipment (helmets, pads, etc.), and clearance/final sale items.
- Return Process
- To start a return, contact our customer service team at mica@micasport.com or use the Authorized Return Form.
- You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be included in the return package. Returns without an RA# will not be processed.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
- Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us within 5 days of receipt.
- We will cover return shipping costs and either issue a full refund or send a replacement.
- Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size, color, or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
- Customer Responsibilities
- Customers are responsible for ensuring items are securely packaged when returning.
- Items returned in poor condition or missing parts may not be eligible for a refund.
- Used or assembled items cannot be returned for a refund.
- Items deemed non-saleable upon return will be returned at the customer’s expense.
- Policy Updates
- Mica Sport Canada reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will apply to all new orders.
- Pricing
- Our prices are highly competitive within the market.
- We do not price match competitors’ prices, whether on new or past orders.
- We also cannot price match if an item's price decreases after your order has been placed.
- Guarantee
- All products are guaranteed to be new and free from defects, with most manufacturer warranties covering 1 year from the date of purchase.

- Customers should inspect their orders immediately upon receipt. If an item is damaged in shipping or arrives defective, contact us within 7 days.
