Most Syncros saddles can be categorized by two letters. The XR saddles offer you good power transfer and a flexible riding position; however, they also provide you with a bit of extra comfort and more rider support. They still have the long flat platform so you can adjust your riding position but the XR saddles will absorb some of the shock and vibration while riding.
